จากจุดเริ่มต้นในปี 1845 เมืองฟุคิอาเงะได้มีการปรับปรุงและเก็บรักษาทักษะในการทำโฮซังสูตรดั้งเดิม มาอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อคงไว้ซึ่งรสชาติมาตรฐานของโฮซังดั้งเดิมทั้งหมด โดยกลิ่นหวานและรสชาติที่หนักแน่นทำให้เราลิ้มรสมันฝรั่งได้เป็นอย่างดี

Since the founding in 1845, traditional skills were protected and continuously improved in Fukiage-town to make this original Houzan, It represents the standard taste of all Houzan series. Sweet aroma and heavy taste make us feel the firm flavor of potato.
