จาก จุดเริ่มต้นในปี 1845 เมืองฟุคิอาเงะได้มีการปรับปรุงและเก็บรักษาทักษะในการทำโฮซังสูตรดั้งเดิม มาอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อคงไว้ซึ่งรสชาติมาตรฐานของโฮซังดั้งเดิมทั้งหมด ด้วยรสชาติที่นุ่มลึกและกลิ่นที่มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัวของมอล์ตสีดำซึ่งสามารถ รับรู้ได้จากการจิบเพียงครั้งเดียว

Since the founding in 1845, traditional skills were protected and continuously imptoved in Fukiage-town to make this original Houzan. It represents the standard taste of all houzan series. The rich flavor and aroma unique of black malt are noticed in one sip.
